Shipping & Refund Policy

Order and Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed or payment has been successfully made, you will receive an email confirmation. The email will include your order number and shipping method which will depend on your location.

Ensure your shipping address is correct as we will not be able to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

Orders (large) can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that large orders to remote locations may take 3 – 5 business days to arrive no matter what shipment method is chosen.

Shipping Destinations

We currently distribute in Canada, and ship to any address in the US and UK (United Kingdom) addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, Wales, Northern Ireland, and other U.S and UK Territories.

NOTE: We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

We now ship to Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and New Zealand. We are working on expanding to other countries soon.

NOTE: Not all items can ship directly to all countries. This does not mean your package will not arrive, it simply means the package might take a longer time to arrive.

Shipping Costs

US and Canada

Standard shipping (1 to 2 business days) on all orders less than $650 before taxes and shipping is 30.95 USD.

Express shipping (24 – 36 hours delivery) is $50.95.

Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. on working days (Monday – Friday), weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Express shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous of the Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, the United States, and UK (United Kingdom).

Large orders designated for standard shipping, processing and shipping may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed.

All shipments within Canada are delivered duty paid, with duties calculated and added in the invoice or at checkout, so there will be no additional cost beyond what is provided in the invoice

Get free shipping when you spend $650+.

Other discounts will be added on Purchases above $1000.

United Kingdom (UK)

Standard International: 1 day in the UK and 1 to 5 business days for other European countries. The cost is calculated and included in the invoice or at checkout.

NOTE: Order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Returns on eligible items (i.e products purchased on our website Dank Vapes Shop.com) are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt, email invoice or the invoice that arrived with your package. To return an item, please contact sales@dankvapesshop.com.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for a refund.

Receiving a Refund

A FULL refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.

NOTE: Refunds do not include any extra shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items upon arrival at the buyer’s destination.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.

Refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in regardless of fluctuations in the exchange rate.

In case of a discrepancy between the original charge and the refund, please contact us at sales@dankvapesshop.com and we will be happy to issue you a store credit in the amount of the difference, less any shipping charges.

Also note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

Dank Vapes Shop does not cover the cost of insurance, lost or undelivered items during returns.

WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE A REFUND

Processing time for returns from the time the returned package is received by us is usually under 7 business days.

Upon receipt of your returned items, we will send you a confirmatory email to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

We will then return in full the amount paid at the beginning of the purchase.
